North Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Overview

A very new camping, less touristic natural track, trekking in Annapurna Region. This Route of trekking has been first explored by the French Expedition team before 70 years. This trek is also known as Maurice Herzog trail. Lies at an altitude of almost 4,190m , This hidden mountain’s paradise offers the trek lovers to encounter the 9 snow capped Himalayas Including Nilgiri Fishtail ( known as Machhapuchhre), Annapurna, Hiunchuli, Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Pisang & Tilicho.

Trek Itinerary

Day 01: Drive from Pokhara to Tatopani (5-6 hrs drive) and trek to Narchyang Village,

Day 02: Trek from Narchyang village to Chhotepa (2370m) (7-8 Hrs walk),

Day 03: Trek from Chhotepa to Bhusket mela (3546m) (6-7Hrs walk),

Day 04: Trek from Bhusket mela to North Annapurna Base Camp (4068m) (7-8 hours walk),

Day 05: Excursion around North Annapurna Base Camp (4190m),

Day 06: Trek back to Hum Khola (2890m) from North Annapurna Base Camp ,

Day 07: Trek back to Lower Narchyang from Hum Khola,

Day 08: Drive back to Pokhara.
